Season 2 of Warzone is coming to an end and as players turn their attention to the nuclear demise of Verdansk that will make way for a brand-new map, some are beginning to wonder when exactly the third season of the battle royale will get underway.

This means that Season 3 of Warzone will begin on April 22nd and will feature the release of a brand-new iteration of Verdansk that will be set in the 1980s.

Along with a brand-new map, players can expect new weapons to arrive in the arsenal alongside a range of updates that will be designed to provide some kind of balance within Warzone.
Alongside the new weapons, new Operators are likely to arrive along with a number of 80s themed cosmetic items.
