Players in Genshin Impact will be tasked with following a whole bunch of clues in order to find the merchant, named Liben.
Once you have found this NPC, simply submit the materials he asks for, and you'll be rewarded with a Box 'o Marvels.
You will only be able to claim one box per day, meaning you'll need to log in every day to finish the event.
Boxes will be saved for the next day should you not open your box on the same day, but be warned — at the end of the event, your attempts will disappear.
There will also be a limited-time Battle Pass Event quest to complete, awarding you with extra Battle Pass XP. Submitting materials to the Merchant five times (i.e. five days' of completion) will complete this quest, awarding 1200 BP XP.
How to participate
To participate, you must have reached Adventurer Rank 12.
When will the event take place?
The Marvelous Merchandise event will take place from October 26 to November 2.
Marvelous Merchandise - Liben Day 7 Location
- This time, we're heading to Liyue Harbor. Use the teleporter in the north of the city, then head down to the waterfront to find him near the stalls!
- The fee today is 10 Radishes, a pretty common vegetable. If you don't have any, try the local shop!
Marvelous Merchandise - Liben Day 6 Location
- Teleport into the Statue of the Seven just north of Liyue, and you'll find him hanging out next to Shuzhi the cloth merchant just up the stairs to the south.
- Hand over 10 Carrots, and today's prize will be yours!
Marvelous Merchandise - Liben Day 5 Location
- It's time for a trip to the Wangshu Inn! Teleport in, head down to the ground floor outside the Inn, and you'll find Liben next the stairs and some stalls.
- Keeping up the fruit theme, he'll require you to hand over 10 Apples, which you can find pretty commonly on trees.
Marvelous Merchandise - Liben Day 4 Location
- Today, we're taking a trip to Stone Gate. Simply teleport into the Waystone there and head down the stairs — you'll find Liben next to Pops Zhou's tea shop.
- You'll need to give him 10 Sunsettia, a common fruit found on trees.
Marvelous Merchandise - Liben Day 3 Location
- This time, you'll find Liben at the Dawn Winery. He's pretty easy to spot, just at the top of the stairs leading to the main entrance.
- He'll ask you to provide 10 Berries, which are commonly found everywhere.
Marvelous Merchandise - Liben Day 2 Location
- Today, Liben can be found in Springvale. He's pretty much on top of the 'e' of Springvale when you look at the map.
- This time, you'll need to provide 10 Pinecones. Also very common, look for these under trees! The Qingce Village Bridge is a good location, too.
Marvelous Merchandise - Liben Day 1 Location
- Liben is located in Mondstadt, in front of the florist.
- Liben will ask you for 10 Mushrooms. These are very common in the wild.
The currencies in gatcha games are often plentiful and Genshin Impact is no exception. Indeed, in the title available on PS4, PC, iOS and Android, you will find a certain number of coins, precious stones and other gems.
