Elden Ring: The 165 bosses killed in less than 10 hours

While Any% speedrunners seek to avoid an ever larger portion of Elden Ring, some Speedrunners do the opposite by killing all the bosses.

While Elden Ring's latest Any% Speedrun has dipped below 10 minutes, other players are tackling the much more interesting challenge of killing all major bosses that drop a memory (like Godrick) . But for gamers who really like to finish their games, that wasn't enough, so someone went a lot further.

All Elden Ring bosses killed in record time

Enter LilAggy . The popular streamer is a big fan of improbable challenges on FromSoftware's games, if you follow a bit of the various improbable challenges and speedruns performed on the studio's games, you've probably heard of him, or at least his exploits. Most notable is when he beat Sekiro Shadows Die Twice blindfolded in under 47 minutes. Still on Sekiro, he also had fun finishing the game without being hit in less than 40 minutes, or finishing it in less than 20 minutes without any special conditions. For Elden Ring, he held the Speedrun Any% record for a short time, then he finished the game using only crafted objects, which gave him the false air of Let me solo her. He set himself another crazy goal: to kill all the bosses in the game, minor and major, lying around the map, in the annex dungeons, or who are only present at night, as quickly as possible. This ranges from the simple Godrick Soldier from the tutorial to Malenia, not to mention more elusive bosses like the Cinerary Pearl Hunters and Funerary Volatiles. In total, this gives a number that makes you dizzy: 165 bosses .

In total, it took him 9:47 to kill all the bosses , and you can check out the entire run in the video above. To achieve this performance, he chose the Warrior class and did not hesitate to use various glitches to accelerate his progress. Initially, he uses the Ice Hatchet, ever-popular among Speedrunners, and rather than clearing areas one at a time methodically, he uses Raya Lucaria Academy's ever-popular Maiden Abductor shortcut to fetch Dark forge stones and equipment at Volcano Manor.

Afterwards, he makes use of the Sword of the Burning Night, accompanied by Rogier's armor set which increases the damage of his skill similar to the Azure Comet of the Sorcerer One Shot build. There's plenty of room for improvement though, and expect that record to be broken fairly quickly, likely by LilAggy himself. The difficulty with this format is that it is very long and tiring, which limits the possibility of training correctly on the different sections of the course, as Any% speedrunners who are looking to grab every second can do. The competition in this area is therefore likely to stretch over years, and to evolve significantly over the course of updates and DLCs.

One of the worst recurring bosses in FromSoftware's game is a huge slayer flaming root, who loves small rooms. Here is a guide to help you kill them easily.
