PUBG Mobile 2020 Global Championship: Announcements and dates

Mobile esport isn't very well known, but it's still a fairly significant phenomenon around the world. Big licenses such as Fortnite, Call of Duty and many others have already entered the market.

It's PUBG's turn to announce the first season of the 2020 Global Championship on its PUBG Mobile license and that the prize pool will total over $2 million.

All regions are invited to participate, including China. The championship will begin in November all around the world.

This announcement follows the arrival of the biggest update the game has ever had. The 1.0 patch brings new graphical effects and new more realistic texture.

iOS players won't be able to play Fortnite until at least September 28

An early verdict has been given regarding the conflict between Apple and Epic Games. The judge ordered the technology company to continue to support Unreal Engine, but Fortnite won't return to the App Store anytime soon.
