This challenge is part of Fortnite Season 4 Week 2 XP Xtravaganza Challenges and you'll have to consume a total of ten foraged items during your games.
Since the beginning of Chapter 2, the varieties of fruits and vegetables to be collected have been increasing in number — bananas, coconuts, salads, mushrooms, apples... Everything is good to eat for this challenge!
Looking at the ground in the undergrowth and beside the deciduous trees, you can easily gather food that you can then consume.
To succeed in this challenge as soon as it appears and without meeting (too) many opponents, here is a place where you can find what you need.

The islands surrounding Coral Castle are home to coconut and banana trees. You'll find beautiful quantities of bananas at the foot of some trees, and by breaking some others, it'll drop coconuts at your feet.
These places have the advantage of being very little frequented, so you'll be able to complete your challenge there without any trouble.
Remember that fruits and vegetables give you HP, and you won't be able to eat them if youre life is full. The safest way to do this is to hurt yourself by jumping off a four or five storey ramp. Eat the previously stored fruits to get back on your feet!
