The fifth Team of the Week, or TOTW, of the season has arrived. The team includes 23 players who impressed and excelled in world football over the past week. The cards will be available in FUT 20 packs until 11:00 PDT on Wednesday, October 16.
A post-international break TOTW can throw up some surprises, but the ship seems steady this time around.
Strikers Harry Kane and Robert Lewandowski share the highest-rated TOTW cards, with an overall of 90 each. Kane scored once and grabbed three assists as England took on Bulgaria at the weekend.
Gini Wijanldum (86) earned his place on the TOTW with two great goals for the Netherlands, and fellow Premier League stars Lucas Digne (85), Ilkay Gundogan (86), and Kasper Schmeichel (85) also made the grade.
Denis Cheryshev (82) could be easily overlooked, but two goals and an assist helped to a tasty TOTW card that might be found on the cheaper end of the Transfer Market.
TOTW rules reminder:
- A player may not be included in the TOTW two consecutive weeks.
- The "regular" versions of players included in the team of the week are no longer available in the packs during the period when they are "in form".
- TOTW cards are only available for one week in the packs from their release every Wednesday at 11 am PDT.
