But that's not all. We also discover the Gigantamax version of Butterfree.

The purpose of Gigantamax is not only to make Pokémon bigger but also to give them new abilities. For example, Pikachu can paralyze all Pokémon in the field (even those of the Ground Type!)

Conditions for obtaining them

To obtain Giga-Meowth, you must be among the first buyers of one of the versions (Sword or Shield). You must therefore buy the game between November 15 and January 15. You will then have to select 'Mystery Gift' from the menu. Don't worry, there's no need for a Nintendo Switch Online subscription.

To get Pikachu and Evoli, all you need is backup data from Pokémon Let's GO Pikachu or Let's GO Evoli on your Nintendo Switch. Be careful, you get Pikachu if you have backup data from Let's GO Pikachu, and vice versa for Evoli.

These three Pokémon will not be able to evolve.
