The Grand Finals of the Overwatch League Season 2 decided the fate of the rivalry between San Francisco Shock and Vancouver Titans. With a 4–0, San Francisco Shock finished these Playoffs in the best way possible.
It was during the pre-show that a skin was unveiled on the screens of the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia. A short video presented a Widowmaker skin in Zedd's colors (pink and blue) with a "Z" tattooed on his back. There is no guarantee that the skin will be available.
Blizzard has already created skins for players such as the MVPs of both seasons — Jjonak and Sinatraa — while they recently released a Winston skin in honor of London Spitfire — Season 1 Champions. None of them were linked to a non-player. This would be a first one but a great novelty for the game!
Zedd's show lasted about fifteen minutes, during which he was joined by singer Kehlani. The match started a few minutes later.
With a 4-0 win over Vancouver Titans, San Francisco Shock was crowned Overwatch League 2019 champions! The match wasn't as close as we first thought it might be, but no less exciting nontheless.
