Fully functional, the " Item and Enemy Randomizer " mod allows you to start a new adventure in the Underworld with bosses and objects randomly positioned on the map . The plot of Elden Ring remains the same, and the end goal too.
Regarding the story, the mod includes several game modes:
- A classic mode , in which it is necessary to have two major runes and the Secret Medallion in order to complete the game.
- A "Completion" mode , in order to complete the story, you will need to have collected 7 major runes.

So you won't have anything to get bored, alone or with others . Because yes, as a bonus, this mod is compatible with the "Seamless co-op" mod we were telling you about recently. Created by LukeYui, the latter allows you to invite your friends to your Elden Ring game and carry out your adventure, alongside them, from A to Z.
Freed from the restrictions of classic co-op on FromSoftware's latest game, you can play the entire game in co-op. Combined with Thefifthmatt's mod, it will therefore be possible to discover a brand new Elden Ring game , with up to four Shardless.
Players who have finished Elden Ring will therefore be delighted to be able to discover a whole new map, not in its form, but in the distribution of creatures and objects found there. This unique adventure is waiting for you!
