Ah , the gas mask from Call of Duty: Warzone! If it was for many months at the center of the greatest frustrations of Battle Royale players, the developers decided, not so long ago, to rectify the situation with the latter.
What was the problem ? For those who don't know, it was obviously the animation that was activated when the operator removed or put on this famous mask . During this, the player could not respond if he received blows, the animation therefore preventing him from shooting his opponents.
If the problem has been solved since then, here is a new concern that is once again tensing up the community . If he touches the gas mask, it also and above all mainly affects the HUD .
The gas mask of Warzone, the cursed equipment of the Battle Royale?
As we told you a little above, the developers have already corrected this animation problem, yes, but here it is. Since the release of season 3 , here is that the latter is at the head of another problem that affects the HUD of the Battle Royale .
According to several players (via Reddit ), the gas mask prevents them from winning certain games because it bugs the HUD.
In the example posted on Reddit, this affects the display of the mask life bar , the latter then displaying all the bars. This therefore means that, logically, the gas mask can be used for several seconds. However, when the player puts it on, it actually only shows one bar and breaks almost instantly. Unfortunately for him, an opponent shoots him and the gas finishes killing him.
When we read the comments, we understand that several players have had to deal with this problem , and we can hope that Raven Software quickly fixes this last because it clearly taints the game.
Warzone and cheaters, an endless story
While waiting for the developers to solve this umpteenth problem, Activision and Team RICOCHET recently attacked the many cheaters that pollute the game.
Recently, they have indeed announced that they have updated the anti-cheating system by the name of RICOCHET , with the implementation of a system called Cloaking (camouflage) . The latter prevents cheaters from seeing and hearing opposing players, and the same goes for shots. However, legitimate players can see the cheaters and therefore celebrate them. Isn't that a nice revenge?
Anyway, we will have to be patient, once again, before we have the next Battle Royale corrections.
