With the current congestion of Lost Ark servers the game's team decided to help the players that wanted to change server by giving out a new wave of founder items that players can claim on any character so that they didn't feel like wasting a pack by changing server.
So if you redeemed your pack before Monday 14, you will get an additional set of items.
