Some American press sites were able to welcome the Xbox Series X in their editorial staff. Among them, the talented team of Digital Foundry, made up of hardware professionals accustomed to dissecting machines and analyzing them. In a long 20 minute video, DF had fun testing many Xbox One titles on Xbox Series X, in order to see the benefits of the SSD hard drive on the machine's backward compatible catalog.
Xbox Series X: Improved fps and load times
As promised, the games are improved even without a patch thanks to the power of the monster. Even titles usually very capricious on consoles, such as Final Fantasy XV or Shadow of the Tomb Raider, achieve the famous stability that we all appreciate. Not to spoil anything, the loading times on a large majority of titles are reduced to the skin of grief, again thanks to the famous SSD hard drive, which makes coffee and is perfectly exploited by the console.
