After an internal investigation from Activision Blizzard, CDL caster Phillip "Momo" Whitfield has bee fired by the company after several allegations of sexual harassment and abuse have been bought into the spotlight.
In a post on his Twitter, he announced that he was fired because of old messages he had sent to women among other accusations which point towards sexual assault. Testimonies show that these women felt very uncomfortable with this type of inappropriate sexual behavior. So far, there has been no evidence revealed to the public due to the private nature of the matter and many of the women who stepped forward choosing to remain anonymous.
Former competitive player Kerry "KerrBear" explains on her Twitter that "the testimonies are "disgusting" and that there is a wealth of evidence that points to further inappropriate behaviour from Momo.
The former caster has apologised for his actions and his "immaturity" for some of the messages that he has sent in the past, but according to former player Kerry, there are other allegations that he has yet to take responsibility for.
