Weedle won 1st place in the vote to choose the next featured Pokémon of Community Day in June and July!
On Saturday June 20, 2020 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. , you will be able to catch a maximum of Shiny Weedle.

Weedle will appear more frequently in the wild during the event, and will have higher chance to be shiny! In addition, if you evolve your Weedle into Kakuna then Beedrill, the latter will learn the Drill Run move.
Bonus
In the wild, you will find even more Weedle than usual thanks to the incense bonus allowing more to appear! You can also take advantage of many other bonuses:
- The Incenses activated during the event will last three hours.
- 3x Catch Stardust
- Pokémon Buddies with a Great Buddy friendship level or higher will bring you useful items, such as PokéBalls.
- Take pictures during the event to meet up to 5 Weedle
As for the next Community Day in July, it will highlight the Pokémon Gastly. The latter is already available in shiny, but it will surely be more interesting for PVP than Weedle!
