  • Arrokuda
  • Basculin

  • Chinchou

Items:

The gym is not yet available because Nessa is away.

You will find Nessa, the gym champion, on the far right of the city, next to the Lighthouse. She'll give you her League Card.

Defeat Nessa, the Water Type Champion

As always, you will find a Pokéball Man offering you a Lure Ball inside the stadium.

As we only have Water Type Pokémon, it is recommended to bring Electric and Grass Type Pokémon.

When you leave the Stadium, Oleana will remind you that you must speak to the President of the League at the restaurant at the very beginning of the city. She'll give you the Chairman Rose League Card.

To sum up, Chairman Rose explains that it is thanks to Professor Magnolia that the mystery of Dynamax has been solved and that he has been able to make Dynamax Bands.

The Galarion is the energy that allows Pokémon to Dynamax.

To help Sonia's research progress, she will give you access to the Kitchenham Relics Room.

Pokémon Sword and Shield

After this discussion, Sonia will offer you the TM79 Retaliate. On the way out, Hop will tell you that your next step is the Motostoke Fire Badge. But to find the Champion, you will have to go to the second Galar Mine.

Be sure to heal your Pokémon before continuing your journey to the right.
