Here is our complete guide to Sylveon, a ranged Attacker in Pokémon Unite. From best items to the right move choices, our build guide should help you dominate on the field of battle.

Pokémon Unite: Sylveon Build Guide

Sylveon is a ranged Attacker with innate Sp.Atk scaling in Pokémon Unite, available from the store for 10,000 Aeos Coins or 575 Aeos Gems.

Our guide helps you understand Sylveon's moveset and choose the best abilities as you level up, as well as suggest the best Held Items and Battle Items to equip.

You'll start the battle as Eevee, evolving into Sylveon at Level 4.

Sylveon: Item Choices

These are the items we recommend equipping on Sylveon before you head into battle.

Be mindful that you can equip up to three Held Items and one Battle Item. All stats are based on items being Level 1, without having been upgraded.

Held Items

Wise Glasses

Sp. Atk +39

Increases Sp. Atk by 3.

Choice Specs

Sp. Attack +10

When dealing damage with a move, deal (40/50/60 + 30%/35%/40% Sp. Attack) as additional damage. This additional damage only applies to 1 target (8s cd).

Focus Band

Def +30
Sp. Def +30

When the Pokémon drops to low HP, then each second for three seconds, it recovers 8% of the HP it had lostWhen the Pokémon drops to low HP, then every second for three seconds it regains 2% of the HP it lost.

Battle Item

Eject Button

Cooldown: 55 seconds

Quickly moves your Pokémon in the designated direction.

You're going to want an extremely offensive build to take advantage of all Sylveon has to offer, especially increasing Sp. Atk. To that end, the best pairing of items is the Wise Glasses and Choice Specs.

Focus Band is a good third item for that little extra survivability, buying you time to deal more damage before you get taken down.

As with most Attackers, the Eject Button is a must.

Sylveon: Starting Attack

Swift

Cooldown: 7 seconds

Shoots star-shaped rays at enemies, dealing damage to them.

While both starting attacks are viable, Swift is perhaps the better option purely because it deals more damage if all stars land.

Sylveon: Best Moves

Mystical Fire

Cooldown: 7 seconds

Create four small flames while leaping in the designated direction. The flames shoot toward enemies one by one, dealing damage and decreasing their Sp. Attack by 15% for 1s, stacking up to 4 times. Each time a flame hits, reduce the cooldown of this move and after the first flame hits, subsequent flames on the same target deal 25% damage.

Level 10: Increases the number of flames by one.

Draining Kiss

Cooldown: 10 seconds

Blow a kiss at an enemy that goes back and forth between Sylveon and the target multiple times. When the kiss touches Sylveon, restore HP. When it hits the enemy, deal damage and decrease their movement speed for a short time. If Sylveon and the enemy move too far away from each other, the kiss will disappear faster than normal.

Level 12: Increases the amount of HP this move restores.

This pair of moves allows Sylveon to harass opponents effectively at medium range, regularly restoring HP.

Mystical Fire is the only gap-closer available to Sylveon accessible for this Pokémon, and is crucial in both offensive and defensive phases of play.

Draining Kiss is a great move designed to harass, encouraging you to stick close to your enemy and burst them down.

Sylveon: Passive Ability

Adaptability/Pixelate

Adaptability (Eevee): Every time Eevee deals or receives damage, increase Sp. Attack by 5% for 1.5s, stacking up to 4 times.

Pixelate (Sylveon): Every time Sylveon deals or receives damage, increase Sp. Atk and Sp. Defense by 2.5% for 1.5s, stacking up to 6 times.
