There are several items you can use in Pokémon Unite to help turn the tide of battle. Here's a list of all the Held Items and Battle Items you can use.

Pokémon Unite: All Held Items and Battle Items

As with in the main series, items can be used in Pokémon Unite to gain an advantage in battle. 

There are two kinds of item in Unite: Held Items and Battle Items. Here we explain the difference, and list all available items. 

 

 

Pokémon Unite Trailer

Held Items

Given to Pokémon directly, Held Items usually increase a Pokémon's stats or grant small buffs.

Depending on your Trainer Level, your Pokémon can hold up to three items at once. The second is unlocked at Trainer Level 7, with the third at Trainer Level 10

You can buy new Held Items from the store, costing either 1000 Aeos Coins or 625 Aeos Tickets each. 

Held Items can be upgraded to a maximum of Level 30, using the Item Enhancer bought in the Shop.

Aeos Cookie

HP +240

When the Pokémon scores a goal, its max HP increases by 100.

Assault Vest

HP +270
Sp. Def +42

When the Pokémon is not in combat, they are granted a shield that nullifies Sp. Atk damage equal to 9% of their max HP.

Attack Weight

Attack +18

When the Pokémon scores a goal, its Attack increases by 6.

Buddy Barrier

HP +600

When the Pokémon uses its Unite Move, that Pokémon and the nearby ally Pokémon with the lowest HP are each granted a shield equal to 20% of their max HP.

Energy Amplifier

Energy Accumulation +
Wait Time -21%

After the Pokémon uses its Unite Move, the damage the Pokémon deals is increased by 7% for a short time.

Exp. Share

HP +240
Movement Speed +150

While the Pokémon has the fewest Exp. Points on its team, it gains 2 Ex. Points per second. However, it will no longer receive shared Exp. Points when its teammates defeat wild Pokémon.

Float Stone

Attack +24
Movement Speed +120

Increases movement speed by 10% when the Pokémon is not in combat.

Focus Band

Def +30
Sp. Def +30

When the Pokémon drops to low HP, then each second for three seconds, it recovers 8% of the HP it had lostWhen the Pokémon drops to low HP, then every second for three seconds it regains 2% of the HP it lost.

Leftovers

HP +240
HP Recovery +9

When the Pokémon is not in combat, it recovers 1% of its max HP every second.

Muscle Band

Attack +15
Basic Attack Speed +7.5%

When basic attacks hit, the damage is increased by 1% of the opponent's opposing HP.

Rocky Helmet

HP +240
Defense +42

When the Pokémon receives a certain amount of damage, damage is dealt to nearby opposing Pokémon equal to 3% of those Pokémon's max HP.

Scope Lens

Critical Hit Rate +6%
Critical-Hit Damage +12%

Increases the damage of basic attack critical hits. The higher the Pokémon's Attack, the more the damage increases.

Score Shield

HP +240
Movement Speed +150

While the Pokémon is attempting to score a goal, it is granted a shield equal to 5% of its max HP and its goals cannot be interrupted while it is shielded.

Shell Bell

Sp. Atk +24
Move Cooldown -4.5%

When the Pokémon hits with a move, it recovers a minimum of 45 HP. The higher the Pokémon's Sp. Atk, the more HP it recovers.

Sp. Atk Specs

Sp. Atk +24

When the Pokémon scores a goal, its Sp. Atk increases by 8.

Wise Glasses

Sp. Atk +39

Increases Sp. Atk by 3.

Battle Items

Trainers can support their Pokémon during combat using Battle Items. 

You can only choose one Battle Item to use in a match, so think carefully about which would benefit your team best.

Potion

Cooldown: 30 seconds

Unlock: Trainer Level 3

Restores some of your Pokémon's HP.

X Attack

Cooldown: 40 seconds

Unlock: Trainer Level 7

Raises your Pokémon's Attack and Sp. Atk for a short time.

X Speed

Cooldown: 40 seconds

Unlock: Trainer Level 8

Raises your Pokémon's Speed for a short time.

Fluffy Tail

Cooldown: 25 seconds

Unlock: Trainer Level 10

Stuns Pokémon in front of you for a short time and makes attacks do more damage on them.

Eject Button

Cooldown: 55 seconds

Unlock: Trainer Level 11

Quickly moves your Pokémon in the designated direction.

Slow Smoke

Cooldown: 40 seconds

Unlock: Trainer Level 13

Creates a cloud of smoke that greatly decreases the movement speed of opposing Pokémon for a short time.

Full Heal

Cooldown: 40 seconds

Unlock: Trainer Level 14

Removes all hindrances affecting your Pokémon and makes it immune to hindrances for a short time.

Goal-Getter

Cooldown: 120 seconds

Unlock: Trainer Level 17

Doubles goal-scoring speed for a short while.
