Lupa-Lupin is not one of the four World Eaters but you will have to defeat him several times during the main Biomutant quest. Your goal is to free the Tree of Life so that the world you live in is free from pollution and other radioactive mutations. To do this, you will not only have to defeat the four World Eaters feeding on the Tree but also this terrible Meat Eater, later known as The Predator.
If the game is in an open world, the main storyline is rather linear. The choices you make will not affect the end goal described above. So here is a guide to easily beat Lupa-Lupin every time you meet him.
First and second fights against Lupa-Lupin
You will meet Lupa-Lupin several times during your exploration: first triggered in a cutscene where you are eating a Gnoat. This fight isn't one you can win, but more focused on the fight mechanics.
Your first real fight against Lupa-Lupin will take place at the very start of the game when you visit your childhood memories and witness your Mooma drowning. In reality, this fight will serve you mostly as a tutorial for combat, dodge, and QTE, and you will be spending most of your time on the run.
The second fight will take place later in the adventure, when The Fossil asks you to dislodge Lupa-Lupine from his lair. This main quest will trigger when you talk to the Fossil inside the Ark (in the Tree of Life). This is good because the Carnivore camp is not far from there.
As you make your way to his camp, a cutscene will explain that Lupa-Lupin's desire for revenge was born the day your Mooma killed his own mother. The fight that will follow is not very complex: the monster will change weapons three times and you will have to dodge as best as possible so as not to lose too much life.
Don't forget to collect your old weapon at the end of the fight.
Final fight against Lupa-Lupin
At the end of the main scenario, you will have to face Lupa-Lupin again. This time, you will have the choice to finish him off (dark choice) or to leave him alive (light choice). In either case, the end of the game differs only in your choice of tribe.
Here again, the secret to defeating him is none other than to mix melee combat and ranged weapon while dodging his assaults.
