Introduction

Raised in one of Demacia’s lesser quarters, Sylas of Dregbourne has come to symbolize the darker side of the Great City. As a boy, his ability to root out hidden sorcery caught the attention of the notorious mageseekers, who eventually imprisoned him for turning those same powers against them. Having now broken free, Sylas lives as a hardened revolutionary, using the magic of those around him to destroy the kingdom he once served… and his band of outcast mage followers seems to grow by the day.

“I am no traitor. I am the true Demacia.”

Abilities

Passive: Petricite Burst

After casting a spell, Sylas gains a stack of Petricite Burst for 4 seconds, up to a maximum of 3 stacks.

Sylas' basic attacks consume a stack of Petricite Burst, modifying the attack to whirl his chains around him, dealing 9−60 (based on level) (+1.1 per attack damage) (+25% of ability power) magic damage to his target and 9−60 (based on level) (+0.4 per attack damage) (+20% of ability power) magic damage to nearby enemies (deals 50% less damage to minions).

Petricite Burst grants Sylas 80% attack speed when available, and executes secondary target minions below 25 health.

Chain Lash (Q)

Range: 775

Cooldown: 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 / 5

Sylas lashes out with his chains that converge to the target location and extend beyond it up to a maximum range, dealing 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 (+40% of ability power) magic damage.

After a 0.5s delay, the chains' intersection detonates dealing 60 / 115 / 170 / 225 / 280 (+80% AP). Against minions and monsters the detonation deals 45% reduced damage.

Kingslayer (W)

Range: 400

Cooldown: 13 / 12.5 / 11 / 9.5 / 7

Mana Cost: 70 / 80 / 90 /100 / 110

Sylas lunges at a target enemy with a powerful strike, dealing 65/100/135/170/205 (+0.85 ability power) magic damage, increased by 50% against targets below 40% health.

Against enemy champions, Sylas is healed for 70 / 90 / 110 / 130 / 150 (+50% of ability power), increased by 100% if he's below 40% health.

Abscond (E1)

Range: 400

Cooldown: 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10

Mana Cost: 65

Sylas dashes forward to the target location while gaining a 80 / 115 / 150 / 185 / 220 (+100% of ability power) magic damage shield for 2 seconds. For the next 3.5 seconds, Sylas may cast Abduct.

Abduct (E2)

Range: 800

Sylas whips out his chains in the target direction, dealing 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280 (+100% AP) magic damage and stunning the first enemy hit, pulling himself towards them, and knocking them up for 0.35 seconds upon arrival.

Hijack (R)

Range: 950

Cooldown: 100 / 80 / 60

Mana Cost: 75

While Hijack is available, Sylas can select a target enemy champion to gain a copy of their ultimate ability at the cost of mana. Sylas cannot select the same champion again for a duration equal to 200% of the target's ultimate cooldown.

Active: Sylas casts his hijacked ultimate ability without cost, scaling based on Hijack's rank and his own statistics.

All Hijacked ultimates and abilities that do not scale with ability power have their attack damage ratios converted to ability power ratios, scaling with 0.6% AP per 1% total AD, and 0.4% AP per 1% bonus AD.
