Introduction

Rumble is a young inventor with a temper. Using nothing more than his own two hands and a heap of scrap, the feisty yordle constructed a colossal mech suit outfitted with an arsenal of electrified harpoons and incendiary rockets. Though others may scoff and sneer at his junkyard creations, Rumble doesn't mind—after all, he's the one with the flamespitter.

Abilities

Passive: Junkyard Titan

Rumble gains 20 Heat every time he uses a basic ability. Whenever Rumble has 50 Heat or more, he enters the Danger Zone and his abilities are enhanced.

When Rumble reaches 100 Heat he overheats, silencing himself for 6 seconds to cool down completely and causing his physical attacks to deal an additional 20 + (5 x level) + (30% of ability power) magic damage for the duration.

Rumble loses 10 Heat per second after 4 seconds of not using his abilities.

Flamespitter (Q)

Range: 600

Cooldown: 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 / 6

Rumble begins torching the area in front of him with his flamethrower, dealing 11.25 / 15 / 18.75 / 22.5 / 26.25 (+9.16% of ability power) magic damage to all units in a cone in front of him every quarter second for 3 seconds, up to a total of 175 / 210 / 245 / 280 / 315 (+110% of ability power) magic damage over the entire duration. Flamespitter deals 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80% damage to minions. Rumble can move, attack and use other abilities while the flamethrower is on.

While in the "Danger Zone", this spell deals 50% additional damage.

Scrap Shield (W)

Cooldown: 6

Rumble creates a shield blocking 60/ 95/ 130/ 165/ 200 (+50% of ability power) incoming damage for 1.5 seconds. In addition, Rumble receives a 15/20/25/30/35% movement speed boost for 1 second.

While in the "Danger Zone", the movement speed boost is increased to 22.5/30/37.5/45/52.5%

Electro-Harpoon (E)

Range: 850

Cooldown: 6

Rumble shoots a taser that deals 60 / 85 / 110 / 135 / 160 (+40% of ability power) magic damage and slows the target hit by 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35% for two seconds. Rumble gains a charge of Electro-Harpoon every 6 seconds and can store up to two charges at once. Each use of the skill generates 10 Heat. If the second taser slows an enemy that has been slowed by the first, the slow is refreshed and its movement speed reduction is doubled.

While in the "Danger Zone", the damage and slow percentage are increased by 50%.

Rumble can still use Electro-Harpoon if he is overheated as long as he has a charge.

The Equalizer (R)

Range: 1700

Cooldown: 110 / 85 / 70

Rumble deploys a barrage of rockets 1000 units down the target path, landing in a line over 1 second and lasting for 5 seconds. Enemies within the line of rockets take 140 / 210 / 280 (+35% of ability power) magic damage every second and are slowed by 35%.
